Flame-Retardant Optical Cable (GYTZA)

  • Product description
  • GYTZA optical cable involves enclosing single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers in loose tubes made of high modulus polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) material, filled with gel. The core of the cable consists of a central metal strength member, and depending on requirements, a layer of polyethylene (PE) can be extruded over the metal strength member. The loose tubes (and filler ropes) are twisted around the central strength member to form a compact circular core. Gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking materials. After being longitudinally wrapped with dual-sided plastic-coated aluminum tape, the cable is extruded with a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) sheath.
Number of optical fibers: 2 to 144 cores
Specific cable models include: GYTZA-24B1.3, etc.

    Product Features:
    Effectively protects optical fibers.
The cable structure design is very compact.
It has excellent mechanical and temperature characteristics.
It has strong water resistance and moisture resistance.
    It has excellent flame-retardant properties.
Performance Specifications of GYTZA Optical Cable:
    Allowable tension: Long-term 600N, short-term 1500N
    Allowable pressure: Long-term 300N/100mm, short-term 1000N/100mm
Bending radius: Static bending radius 10 times the cable diameter, dynamic bending radius 20 times the cable diameter
