ADSS optical cable consists of optical fibers placed in a loose tube with filling gel. The central core of the cable is a non-metallic strength member FRP (may be added with PE cushioning layer), surrounded by a loose tube and filled with filling rope. Gaps inside and outside the cable core are filled with cable gel. The cable core is first protected by a polyethylene inner sheath, then wrapped with an aramid yarn, and finally protected by a polyethylene outer sheath or Anti-tracking (AT) outer sheath.
Range of fiber counts: 2 to 144 fibers
Specific cable models such as: ADSS-24B1.3, etc.
High-quality optical fibers ensure excellent transmission performance of the cable.
Precise control of fiber surplus length ensures excellent mechanical and temperature characteristics of the cable.
Full cross-section water-blocking structure ensures good water-blocking and moisture-proof performance.
The central strengthening component adopts glass fiber reinforced plastic rod (FRP) with high Young's modulus.
All-dielectric self-supporting, high tensile strength aramid yarn or glass yarn reinforcement ensures self-supporting of the cable and that the optical fibers are not strained under harsh environmental conditions or affected by lightning induction.
Excellent performance polyethylene/anti-tracking outer sheath ensures the cable's safety in high induction potential environments.
