Layer-stranded Air-Blown Micro Cable (GCYFY)

  • Product description
  • The structure of GCYFY layer-stranded air-blown micro cable involves placing optical fibers in a loose tube filled with waterproof material. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforcing core FRP (may be padded with PE). The FRP is surrounded by a loose tube and filling rope, and the gaps inside and outside the cable core are filled with waterproof material. The cable is then covered with a polyethylene sheath.
The layer-stranded air-blown micro cable uses a non-metallic reinforcement and non-armored structure. It can be tractioned or blown into the already laid outer protective pipe and then laid in the microduct by blowing air into the microduct. This method overcomes the limitations of existing pipeline cable laying technology, improves the utilization efficiency of the pipeline, and is easy to expand.
Range of fiber counts: 2 to 144 fibers

Specific cable models such as: GYFTY-24B1.3, etc.
